Cascade and Cirrus towers, developed by Lendlease and designed by bKL Architecture, become the first residential buildings in the U.S. to achieve ActiveScore certification, the definitive accreditation for active travel offerings in real estate worldwide. The buildings were recognized for their bicycle parking, bicycle maintenance and washing facilities, as well as intentional building design that allows for easy accessibility to the neighborhood’s major bike paths.
